How does the ingredient?
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and is used for inflammation and pain.
Pain is a vital warning and protection functions. They help the body to detect adverse effects and to react appropriately. When the pain generator messengers are released that stimulate the nerve endings and send pain signals to the brain. The brain is the pain perception and pain processing.
Also, the inflammation has a protective function: By neurotransmitters are activated immune cells to combat invading pathogens or foreign substances. This leads to a reddening and swelling of inflamed tissue. In chronic inflammatory diseases and pain, have lost their protective function and should be treated with medication.
Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, important neurotransmitters in the initiation of pain and inflammatory responses. There is inflammation, swelling and pain. About the influence of the temperature control center in the brain diclofenac also has a fever effect.

Warning!
• Caution is advised if you are taking regular anticoagulant agent (warfarin ®, Coumadin ®, Aspirin ®, ASS)! Because its effect can be enhanced, value must be regular blood checks.
• This medicine may also be used as needed, any change to such an extent that will affect the ability to participate actively drive or operate machinery. This is true in all possible interactions with alcohol.
When the drug is not) suitable for you (if I overdose)?
• Acute bleeding
• acute gastric or duodenal ulcer
• Children under six years
• tendency to bleeding
• Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction
• intolerance of pain medication from the group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
Pregnancy and Lactation
• During certain phases of pregnancy, the drug should not be used. Hold, therefore, before use of the drug talking to your doctor.
• During lactation the drug should not be used if possible, unless your doctor believes this is essential.
Effects
Swelling of your face, or throat. They can occur, but need not, as each person responds differently to medications.
